Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder, or ‘adhesive capsulitis’, is a condition where the shoulder joint becomes stiff, painful, and limited in movement. It develops when the connective tissue around the shoulder joint becomes inflamed and thickens, which leads to the formation of adhesions (scar tissue) that restrict movement. It typically has three stages:
