Alice provides gentle osteopathic treatment to patients of all ages, including babies and young children. Her approach to treatment involves a variety of structural, cranial and visceral techniques, adapted to the patient’s needs and preferences and the body’s response to treatment. She has a calm, friendly manner which puts patients at ease and facilitates open communication. Her aim is to get patients out of pain, moving with ease, and to support them in taking care of their own wellbeing.
As a qualified Pilates instructor and Feldenkrais practitioner, Alice is well-placed to give advice on exercise and functional movement. She also teaches group Pilates classes for specialist conditions, and offers 1:1 Pilates training. She has a particular interest in cranial and paediatric osteopathy, and in connective tissue disorders such as Ehlers Danlos and hypermobility. She is continually undergoing further training to expand her understanding of the human body and refine her treatment techniques.
