Nathan is an experienced running coach and personal trainer who specialises in sports massage and athletic performance. He is able to combine his knowledge of massage therapy with exercise prescription in order to help improve performance, prevent injuries and promote recovery. In addition to massage, Nathan can also provide one-to-one personal training, running assessments and gait analysis.
Nathan is also a student Osteopath and keen runner/cyclist, who has represented the GB Masters team for 10k and the GB Age-Group Triathlon Team.
