Cancellation Policy: 

• ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL INCURE A 50% CHARGE OF THE APPOINTMENT FEE.
• No shows to appointments will incur the full appointment fee
• By booking an appointment you acknowledge the cancellation fee and policy

Cancellation Policy: 

• All of  our classes are non-refundable. For PAYGO classes if you wish to change your class day or time you may do so more than 24hrs before start time of class at no extra chage. 
• No changes can be made to your booking within 24hrs of the class start time 
• No refunds for cancellations will be given once bookings have been made.
• Block bookings are for 6 consecutive weeks. If you miss any sessions in the 6 week block you are not intitled to any refund and cannot used the missed class session at any other time. 
• Classes not booked in the time frame in which a package expires cannot be used at a later date. 
• By booking a class you acknowledge this cancellation policy

• Therapy and Fitness reserves the right to make changes to the class timetable which includes cancelled classes, time changes, substitute teachers and holiday closures.
